Lizards

tiny skinks
Blue Tongue Lizard

There are six subspecies of Blue Tongue Lizards  in Australia.
They are skinks.
When they stick out their tongues they are being defensive,
the blue tongue scaring away the enemy.
Blue Tongues like to eat snails.
They will not eat snail baits but if they eat snails that have ingested baits, the lizards can become sick or die.
